The ARC Women's 2016 Swim and Dive team is composed of  5 sophomores and 12 freshman.  Returning sophomores include All Americans Elizabeth Cocker, Mariah Motheral, Hayley Cates and Rya Minow.  Sammi Moretti, breast stroke and IM specialist  returns for her sophomore year with a goal of qualifying for State Championships, edge out last year by 100's of a second she returns this season with determination, a better understanding of what to expect and drive to accomplish her goals.  Adding to the strong sophomore base is Emily Collins, IM and sprinter, adding great speed to all relays and depth in the IM events.  In addition is distance free styler Savanna Liffring out of River City High School.  Giving depth to the middle distance training group will be Haley Dutton of Del Oro and Lily VanRess of Rio Americano.  On both boards, freshman Kat Gutierrez will dive.
