We are excited to announce that Coach Michael Lorente will be continuing his coaching career at American River College. Mike is a familiar face to ARC, having previously served as the lead assistant from 2013–2020, helping guide the Beavers to multiple playoff runs and developing student-athletes for the next level. Most recently, he served as the interim Head Coach following the departure of ARC legend Mark Giorgi last year. Prior to his interim role, Mike developed a highly successful program at Capital Christian, where he built a championship culture—winning five straight league titles, earning Coach of the Year honors, and helping numerous student-athletes move on to college programs. Coach Lorente is a proven leader, a developer of talent, and a true champion for student-athlete success. Go Beavers!
