Denilzon Puentes signs to play soccer with Adams State University

Denilzon, family, and Coach Hansen

On December 20th, Denilzon Puentes, surrounded by family, signed to play with Adams State University.

Denilzon started his Soccer career here at ARC in the fall of 2015. He had an amazing freshmen year, becoming famous for his bicycle kick goal in a game vs. West Hills Lemoore College. In 2016, Denilzon took a year off to focus on his academics. He then came back for the 2017 season. This time, he played defense, was one of the team captains, and was a role player for ARC Soccer.

When Denilzon committed to Adams State, he said, "I don't want to be too cheesy, but genuinely couldn't have done it without the Dusty Baker Center and all the support from the athletic department."

We are so excited for Denilzon and look forward to hearing from him as he keeps us up to date with his academic and athletic career.
